It has been proclaimed!

Watching the Idiot Box (TV) this morning was actually quite astounding. Glen Beck was on the Morning show with Mike and Juliet and stated that right now "the constitution is hanging by a thread" It hit me hard at that moment. Here is a man that has the most listened to radio talk show in the country, and he is stating this and NO ONE is really listening to what he is saying. Either that or no one listens to the radio... OR... those of us who are in the know are all united whole the rest of the country is distracted with what celebrities are doing, or sports, or trash morning radio. I think last one is the real issue. WAKE UP PEOPLE! This is the time to stand for what you believe, to unite and refrain from looking at differences, time to look to God, time to look to the histories of other nations along with our own. Time to open your eyes.

EDIT: The main reasons why the Constitution is hanging by a thread are: The inability for a Filibuster in congress by Conservatives. This means no opposition for any bill to go through, bills that are slowly stripping your rights as a citizen. Our president elect would like to replace 3-4 of our Supreme Court Judges with extremely liberal judges, making it possible that if a bill he wants to get through congress does not pass he can just turn to the bench and have them legislate from there (which is unconstitutional but happens from time to time). Along with replacing them he plans on replacing all 93 US Attorneys his first day in office...(this sounds more and more dictatorial to me as I go on) This would allow him to put in those that are all in alignment with him, preventing any opposition, just like a good dictator likes.

Plus... the last and not least, our president elect fells that our constitution is a flaw that that this country has. It reminds me of the quote I have posted before:

The combination of Obama and Pelosi's leftwing congress is something to fear. It equals pretty much an unsaid mission to socialize America; with a Democratically controlled congress and no filibuster capability of the Republicans, and Obama's administration, this country would be headed directly for Socialism. Socialism has been spoken to us by the leaders of our country and the leaders of our church, along with warnings against Communism from the same sources. We need to stand up and raise the title of liberty once again! Stand up for your freedoms, do not allow yourselves to be deceived by those that promise a better way of life through taking your liberties away!

I feel that in the time coming that there will be many good, freedom loving people that helped elect our new president that in the coming years will look back at the changes that have happened and tell themselves that this was not the change they were promised or wanted.
